AGB
The following Terms & Conditions apply to all contracts, services and offers of LANDSTARKBAU.
Scope
These Terms & Conditions apply to all business relationships between LANDSTARKBAU and the customer. Deviating conditions of the customer are not recognized unless we have expressly agreed in writing.
Contract conclusion
A contract is concluded by written order confirmation or by execution of the ordered service. Offers are subject to change and non-binding.
Prices and payment terms
All prices are in Euro plus statutory VAT. Payment is due within 14 days of receipt of the invoice without deduction.
Execution of services
The execution of the services is carried out according to generally recognized rules of technology. LANDSTARKBAU reserves the right to make changes to the scope of services if this becomes necessary due to technical developments or legal requirements.
Warranty
The warranty period is 2 years from acceptance of the service. In the event of defects, the customer has the right to subsequent performance. LANDSTARKBAU has the right to refuse subsequent performance if this is impossible or would cause disproportionate effort.
Liability
LANDSTARKBAU is only liable for damages in the event of intent or gross negligence. Liability for slight negligence is excluded, unless it is damage caused by injury to life, limb or health.
Final provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. Place of performance and jurisdiction is the registered office of LANDSTARKBAU in Munich.
